The Vice President of the Corporate Work Study Program is an energetic and visionary executive who leads the strategy, operations, and business development necessary to engage corporate job partners for Cristo Rey Orange County students. Responsible for sales, partner stewardship, and program oversight, this leader ensures that all students are placed in meaningful work settings and that partners receive exceptional service. The role balances daily operational execution with long-term vision, driving continuous improvement to meet evolving business needs and strengthen partner relationships.
COMPENSATION RANGE:
$140,000 to $175,000 annually commensurate with education and experience.
