Blessed Sacrament School is seeking a Preschool teacher aide to assist classroom teacher with the following:
- Work with children in groups or one on one, depending on the needs of children and the subject matter
- Plan and assist in carrying out a curriculum that targets different areas of child development, such as language, motor, and social skills
- Assist in organizing activities so children can learn about the world, explore interests, and develop talents
- Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring problems to the attention of the teacher/director
- Assist teacher with observation of student progress, routines, and interests, and keep teacher/director informed about students development
The payrate will be $17.00 per hour.
