Job Summary: Director will work with St. Serra families, parishes, alumni, and community members to build awareness of the school’s mission and vision and obtain financial support to advance that mission and vision. The Director will create and document a strategic plan for fundraising and will develop, coordinate, and evaluate all Advancement functions. This includes the annual fund, capital campaigns, major gifts, planned gifts, the St. Serra Endowment, tuition assistance, and event sponsorships. Will partner with the Community Events Coordinator to ensure successful Parent Teacher Organization fundraising and community cultivation events.
Job Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, nonprofit management, business administration, or related field. 5-10 years of progressive experience in advancement, development, fundraising, or institutional advancement, ideally within independent, Catholic, or private schools, higher education, or non-profit organizations with donor engagement strategies. Demonstrated fundraising success in areas such as major gifts, capital campaigns, endowments or planned giving required.
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000/year. Contingent on experience.
